Another day older

I am hoping to update this pretty often over the next few days.  Katie is doing pretty great.  She is eating and pooping and sleeping and even cuddling with daddy a little bit.  We have a check-up tomorrow just to make sure she is still progressing. She has been eating a lot better as she gets more cleaned out, the doctor said she probably had quite a bit of blood in her stomach and maybe some in her lungs and that it would make her not have much of an appetite for a while.

 this is right after we gave her a little sponge bath.  she did not like the bath very much but she was very cuddly afterwards

 Monday morning Cassie had just set her down after feeding her and Katie started to fuss so daddy got to hold her for a while.

 she was trying soooo hard to get her eyes open this morning.  she just couldn't quite get it.

 she makes this face a lot when she is awake.

 exhausted mommy and baby got to take a nap while daddy got some fun cuddle time.

 i was trying to make the same face as her.

 not sure if this is going to work, a video of her tummy time.  she looked like she was going to roll over for a minute but she couldn't quite get it.

 long feet, about the same length as daddy's ring finger.

 she likes to make faces at daddy after he changes her diaper.
